If you’re like me, you’ve seen the Helimix shaker advertised on TikTok. As someone who has not only used but highlighted and reviewed BlenderBottle shakers, I was intrigued but hesitant, and I usually would scroll past those videos. That was until the other day when I saw a Helimix at Walmart (in a Walmart-exclusive clear Helimix no doubt) and thought I’d give it a shot.
Understand when I say this, this comes from someone who has been an adamant Blender Bottle user for years; the Helimix is all it claims to be and more.
Seriously, for me, the Helimix is a game-changer. We’re talking:
No mixing device. We’re talking no metal or plastic balls to keep track of and clean. There is no screen or anything else to place at the top of the bottle. The shape of the bottle itself translates your vertical shaking into a tornado formation, mixing the contents without those additional aids. It’s super simple to use and produces zero clumps. I was shocked this functionality not only worked but worked as advertised. I was assuming it would be a gimmick. It is not.
No rubber seals: you’ll need to make sure the lid is firmly shut, which takes a bit of force, but is easy to tell when it “clicks” shut, not having these rubber seals means a full clean is possible just by taking the lid off. The rubber seal has been a real downfall of the Blender Bottle after continual use, and I’m not upset about getting away from it.
It’s solid. The cup just feels good in your hands. It feels sturdy. The plastic is super high-quality
- Order-resistant material. I’m not going to admit to how many cups I’ve had to throw away because I couldn’t get a smell out of the plastic. (My wife has also never been upset with finding an excuse to thin out my shaker bottle collection)
A bit more about the Helimix 2.0:

One thing some people may point out is the price point. I paid a little over $20 for my Helimix 2.0 Shaker Bottle, which is comparable in price to something like the BlenderBottle Strada Stainless Steal Shaker Cup. I get it. If you’re just looking for a quick shaker bottle, the price point of like $14 for a regular plastic BlenderBottle or even cheaper from other brands. The thing is, those feel cheaper. Even the BlenderBottle in comparison to the Helimix feels cheap. Ultimately though, the price difference, to me, is worth it simply because you do not have to deal with screens, whisks, or anything like that. I have had the absolute smoothest mixes since I started using the Helimix.
And listen, I get it. You don’t have to believe me if you don’t want to. Realize, though, that this is not a sponsored post. Helimix doesn’t even know I exist. I didn’t even buy this with the intention of it being content. I’ve honestly just been so satisfied, and genuinely surprised, by the performance and quality of this Helimix shaker, I just felt the need to throw one of my quick reviews up.
I rarely give 5-star reviews, but this one, from my perspective, deserves it. You may not always need to listen to TikTok reviews, but for the Helimix, if you come across one, take it at face value. These shakers are legit.
