The new Duncan Hines Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Flavored Cake Mix and Hot Cocoa Frosting are hitting grocery store shelves this month, and I can already anticipate needing to stock up on this stuff like I’m a squirrel collecting acorns. If I do manage to find this on the shelves, what’s the Over/Under that the frosting ever makes it onto the cake?
