In a crazy case of coincidence, on the same day that Netflix released the first official images from their upcoming animated series Masters of the Universe: Revelation, Mattel has released the first photos of the action figures for the show!! (Crazy!)
The first wave in the Masterverse action figure line will include He-Man, Skeletor, Skelegod, Evil-Lyn, Moss Man, and Battle Cat. Each figure will have 30 points of articulation, comes with at least one accessory, and will no doubt be harder to find than anything from the Masters of the Universe Origins line. The basic figures will run $19.99, with the oversized Skelegod costing $29.99, and the sweet Delux Battle Cat coming in at $39.99.
Netflix officially describes the series as:
“The war for Eternia culminates in Masters of the Universe: Revelation, an innovative and action-packed animated series that picks up where the iconic characters left off decades ago. After a cataclysmic battle between He-Man and Skeletor, Eternia is fractured and the Guardians of Grayskull are scattered. Masters of the Universe: Revelation will premiere its first five episodes on Friday, July 23.
